My Latest Obsession

QUESADILLAS!!!!!!!!


I have eaten one AT LEAST everyday for the past two weeks. I use Mexican Taco cheese and its delicious. It's also quick and cheap.

    Oh my gosh...that looks good. I am now wishing I had some tortillas to make a dang quesadilla! Too bad Bailey's napping right now and can't make a run to the store. I've been needing some quick lunch ideas for myself so thanks for the yummy idea. Mmm mmm.

    Haha! I saw those all the time at college. I seemed to always have at least one roommate who lived off of them.

    Um I have a quesadilla obsession as well. I put mango and peach salsa on the tortilla and then put on some cheddar cheese...I literally make eating plans during the day around my quesadilla habit (stay for a dinner at school? not if I have quesadilla supplies! eat lunch with friends? not if I can stay home with my delicious quesadillas...)
